The PC Mechanic is a technical support service for the small scale user, much in the same way that larger businesses will have a dedicated support staff.  With technical support available for all Microsoft® Windows® machines, the PC Mechanic is your on call service for all your home computing needs.

 

 
Tune Up - $35 Per Hour
Basic system maintenance, and performance tuning for your system, including optimization of programs and disk space.
 
Software Installation - $30 Per Hour
Install new software, and/or apply upgrades and patches to existing titles. Also resolution of compatibility issues.
 
Operating System Upgrade/Re-Install - $85 Per Hour
Includes installation, setup, and optimization of new or repaired operating system.
 
Hardware Installation - Up to $100 Per Device
Installation of internal and external devices, and integration of new components with existing system.
 
Crash Repair - $35 Per Hour
Restoration of system after software or hardware conflict or failure.
 
Custom Computer Construction - Call For Price
Design and construction of computer and/or system based on individual specifications and requirements. We sell parts and other hardware too!

Data Recovery - $125/Hour - Though we are usually successful, recovery of data is never guaranteed. Please talk to your PC Mechanic representative BEFORE making your appointment for this service.
Emergency Callout - $75/Hour (9am-9pm Mon.-Fri.) $100/Hour (9pm-3am/weekends)

The Emergency Call-Out service is not available on national public holiday weekends.
Regular supports hours are 9am-9pm Mon-Fri, 10am-3pm Saturdays. Response time for email or phone standard support requests is within 48 hours (not including Sundays or national holiday weekends).
